Foie Gras Entier 180g. Duck foie gras pieces from the Périgord in south-west France. Take the foie gras out of the fridge about 20 minutes before eating. Cut into slices with a thin knife previously dipped in hot water. We recommend a baguette or roasted toast as an accompaniment to the goose liver baguette. For lovers of sweet and savory flavors:try pairing foie gras with gingerbread! Real pleasure! Shelf life:up to 4 years at room temperature (preferably between 10° and 15° C). Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
